Learn and Apply the Benefits of Kanban to Improve Your Work Flow

This course provides the first level of the BERTEIG Institute Kanban Certification. It is an introductory course with no pre-requisites. It is accessible to anyone who works with any kind of groups. It is particularly valuable for people and groups who are suffering from stress due to "too much" work.

The E-Learning portion of the course must be completed prior to attending the live virtual session. This preparation portion ensures that participants are ready to experience a largely hands-on live session.

E-Learning Preparation Topics (approx 3 hours):

Live Virtual Training Agenda (3 hours):

Final Exam (approx. 1 hour):

  • Covers all material from e-learning preparation and the live virtual training
  • 25 questions including multiple choice, fill-in-the blank and matching
  • As many attempts as required
  • Must achieve 80% score for certification

Certification Details:

  • Complete the pre-work and the knowledge test
  • On-camera attendance at the live virtual session is required
  • Achieve 80% on the final exam
  • Certification automatically issued through Accredible

Becoming a Trainer:

  • Must attend the live virtual session a second time as a participant
  • Achieve 100% on the final exam
  • Must publish a "3 key learnings" article on LinkedIn that includes a link to the course page
